A fish market in the outskirt of Borno State reopened barely five days ago following improvements in security after being shut in 2014 at the height of insurgency.
A source who refused to be named for security reasons said the market is "already getting back to life and bubbling. Borno people did themselves so much good by putting Zulum in the governorship position to lead them."
