What is information? The word information is derived from latin informare which means "give form to"most people tend to think of information as disjointed little bundles of facts". In Oxford definition of the word it is connected both to knowledge and communication knowledge communication concerning some particular facts. Subject or event; that of which one is appraised or told; intelligence, news. The way the word information is used can refer to both "facts" in themselves and the transmission of the "facts".
YOUTHS
Youths is not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips,pink lips and good shape; it is a matter of the will,a quality of the imagination, a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.
Youths means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity,of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals. Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.
WORRY-FEAR-SELF DISTRUST- Bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust. Whether sixty or sixteen,there is in every human being's heart the lure of wonder, the unfailing child like appetite of what's next, and the joy of the game of living. In the centre of your heart, in the centre of my heart there is a wireless statin; so long as it receives messages and beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from mrn and from the infinite, so long are you young.
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF YOUTH?
You may reply that a person of the age between 18years-40years may represent the youth some will say "fit and strong body with fresh face and shiny skin"... A person with young age and healthy body that could attract the others by his physical beauty.
But I want to tell you that you are wrong. NO! Being young does not mean all that. A person over the 60 may be younger than the person of 16 if he is young in his thought. A person of 18 is an old man if he has no thought, no will no work to do. His shiny skin and attractive/strong body cannot make him young.

One can define "youth development as the ongoing growth process in which all youth are engaged in attemting to:
1. Meet their basic personal and social needs to be safe, feel cared for, be valued, be useful and be spiritual grounded, and
2. To build skills and competencies that allows them to function and contribute in their daily lives".
Having understood the meaning of information, youth and youth development.
Lack of information causes Negative impact. We live in a world where advertisements are plastered at every billboard,public restroom, schools etc.

-Unfamiliarity
- Strangness
Ignorance - Denseness, illiteracy, inexperience, lack of knowledge
Lack of information- Unusualness as a consequence of not being well known.
Means to be informed.
