Update: AirAsia Crash Victims were found holding hands, as Sonar detects wreckage of the plane upside down on bottom of the Java Sea


Officials from Basarnas, Indonesia's search and rescue agency, say the plane wreckage was located in 24 to 30 metres of water and one of the six confirmed recovered bodies was wearing a life jacket, while three people spotted holding hands as their bodies floated on the Java sea.

A shadow believed to be the plane's fuselage was also identified. The search and rescue team believe that many of the remaining victims may still be on board the aircraft but wind, strong currents and high surf  has forestalled recovery operations today.  See more pics inside...
