Former Senator representing Ondo South Senatorial District in the 9th National Assembly, Nicholas Tofowomo, has congratulated his brother, Abimbola Tofowomo, on his confirmation and appointment as a Permanent Secretary by the Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.
In a congratulatory message, Senator Tofowomo described the appointment as well-deserved, noting that it reflects years of diligence, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to public service.
“I congratulate my brother, Tpl. Abimbola Tofowomo, on his well-deserved appointment as Permanent Secretary. This recognition reflects his years of diligence, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to public service,” he said.
The former lawmaker also commended Governor Aiyedatiwa for what he described as a transparent and merit-driven selection process.
“I sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for demonstrating fairness and impartiality in this exercise. The appointments clearly show that merit, competence, and quality of service remain the guiding principles of this administration,” he stated.
Senator Tofowomo further described the appointment as timely, stressing that his brother earned the position through dedicated service in the Ondo State Civil Service.
“My brother has earned this responsibility through dedicated service in the Ondo State Civil Service, and I am confident that he will justify the trust placed in him,” he added.
