At the end of Day Four of the ongoing 2026 Biennial Police Games (BIPOGA), on Thursday, February 19, Force Headquarters has emerged as the overall leader on the medals table with an impressive haul of 65 gold, 42 silver, and 30 bronze medals, bringing its total to 137 medals.
Trailing behind is Zone 2 Lagos, which currently occupies second position with a total of 109 medals, while Zone 9 Umuahia sits in third place with 41 medals.
The keenly contested sporting event has continued to showcase exceptional talent, teamwork, and discipline among participating police officers from across the country. The high level of competition has also highlighted the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to promoting physical fitness and unity within its ranks.
Action is set to resume on Friday, February 20, as athletes return to various sporting arenas to compete for more honours and improve their standings.
As BIPOGA 2026 progresses, the games remain a strong platform for building camaraderie, discovering sporting talents, and enhancing the overall well-being of personnel across the country.
