The Nigerian Army 81 Division, Ikeja, Lagos Acting Deputy Director, Major O. J. Osoba has been promoted to the rank of a Lieutenant-Colonel.
The Acting Deputy Director, 81 Division Army Public Relations who was decorated on Monday has equally attended several courses, including Young Officers Course Infantry, Advance Public Relations Course, Joint Information Operations Course in United Kingdom, Strategy Development and Critical Thinking Course, Open Source Intelligence Course, Staff Course.
Osoba was Commissioned as a member of Short Service Course, SSC, 34 and posted to the Directorate of Army Public Relations.
Lt-Col. Osoba in the Course of his career has held several appointments, including Officer Commanding FOB Gambaru Ngala in Operation LAFIYA DOLE, Officer Commanding Bagadaza and Krenoa in Operation LAFIYA Dole, Pioneer Public Relations Officer of the Army War College Nigeria, Assistant Director Army Public Relations 9 Brigade.
