Reports reaching Spye News said the Grand Officer Commanding 8 Division of the Nigerian Army has led troops in an offensive against Bandits in Zatanga and Satiru communities of Isa LG, East of Sokoto State.
Reports say, some communities in the Caliphate have been overtaken by bandits loyal to dreadful kingpin, Bello Turji.
In the offensive operation, several terrorists fighters have been wasted in the encounter, with reports filtering in that Turji has been shot dead even as troops continue to comb bushes in the areas in search of fleeing terrorists!
