Nigerias Independence day will be differemt this year 2015,as The Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria (PMAN) and LAGOS STATE MINISTRY OF TOURISM, ARTS AND CULTURE have joined forces to bring to Nigerians "The PMAN Lagos Urban Music Festival". A family music festival.
50 artists, 3 different stages. It is going to be explosive.
