Lindsay Lohan is kicking off her community service on a high spirit and she's bringing the word of God along.
The 'Mean Girls' actress showed up at the Brooklyn daycare center yesterday, May 13 with the Holy Qur'an clammed under her arm.
Lindsay reportedly arrived two hours late but was able to complete her first day of community service at the Duffield Children's Centre, wearing a dress which obviously didn't match her new job. Her job included office work and interacting with children 'under tight supervision'.
Although the Qur'an wasn't part of her requirements, we're sure it did help to keep her sane through out the day.
