She was alleged to have been killed by her
facebook lover, Ezekiel Adekunle. Recounting
the incident that led to Adekemi Faboro’s
death, the lover of the deceased said this
was the second time he was visiting his
daughter, Adekemi in Lagos.

But the alleged suspect, Ezekiel Adekunle
said, “I met her sometime between
September and October 2014, on facebook
and we began to chat. Early this year, she
visited me at my base in Shagamu and spent
two days. She actually came on a Friday and
went back to Lagos on Saturday.
“He added he has an apartment in Shagamu,
but his wife and two kids live in Ibadan. He
was in Lagos to spend the weekend with
Adekemi Faboro.
It all began at mid might when Adekemi
began to complain of headache. Suddenly
she started coughing. She coughed for a long
while. It was when the cough persisted that
Ezekiel knocked the door of her co-tenant for
help.
Adekemi was rushed to a nearby hospital.
After examining her, she was transferred to
the General Hospital. This time, her cough
was getting worse. With the assistance of her
neighbour, they took her to Ifako General
Hospital, Agege, Lagos. By the time the
doctor could attend to her, she had passed
on.

Immediately, police were contacted and
Ezekiel Adekunle was arrested by Area G
