Beyoncé, Live Nation Entertainment and the United Center are about to get served…
With a massive lawsuit involving two BeyHive stans!
Diehard Yoncé worshippers, Raquel Castellanos and Gabriella Davidson, waited for several hours outside Chicago's United Center in hopes of getting up close and personal with the singer at her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour performance last December.
By obtaining general admission tickets, it allowed them to get right next to the stage—IF they lined up a significant amount of time beforehand.
According to the lawsuit filed on Tuesday in Cook County Circuit Court, instead of landing the front row view they both had hoped—the ladies ended up getting trampled by a “rushing mob,” which knocked them both unconscious, causing broken bones and other injuries.
The women are alleging that each party in the suit contributed to the formation of a large and confused crowd that gathered outside the United Center before Beyoncé took the stage.
There was apparently no order in place when the GA gates were opened, causing an anxious crowd to rush inside
The lawsuit reveals: “As the hours passed, the group became larger, more dense and more anxious about how, when and where the gate(s) would be released and where ticket holders and fans were supposed to enter The United Center — none of which was explained.”
Both women are asking for an undisclosed amount of damages, and Beyoncé's people have yet to comment on the incident!
