The accused -- Tajudeen Ramoni, 42; Dare Adeleke, 35; and Daniel Kokou, -- who reside at Mowe, Ogun and Ebute Meta, Lagos, are facing a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing.
The three persons were alleged to have removed the fans from the premises of Outdoor Cooling Nig. Ltd located at 6, Bode Peters St., Anthony Village, Lagos.
The prosecutor, ASP Akinlabi Adegoke, told the court that the accused -- a driver, an electrician and an office assistant -- committed the offences between January and February.

According to him, the offences contravene Sections 285 and 409 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2011.
All the accused pleaded not guilty of the offences.
The Magistrate, Mrs Bola Osunsanmi, granted the accused bail in the sum of N100, 000 each with two sureties each in like sum.
The case was adjourned to April 30.
