Post-Service Housing Development Limited (PHDL) has announced that its former Company Secretary, Nathan Oguwike, Esq., has ceased to hold office effective April 23, 2026.
In a public notice issued by the Acting Public Relations Officer, Lieutenant Augustina Nkeonye, the company stated that Oguwike is no longer in its service and is not authorized to represent or bind the organization in any capacity.
PHDL further emphasized that it will not be held liable for any actions, decisions, or representations made by the former Company Secretary following the termination of his appointment.
The notice urged members of the public to take note of the development and exercise caution in any dealings purportedly carried out on behalf of the company by the individual.
