In a move that underscores a commitment to transparency and effective communication, the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Joash Amupitan, has appointed seasoned journalist and former Editor of The PUNCH newspaper, Adedayo Oketola, as his Chief Press Secretary (CPS).
