Nigerian Navy Sailing Club Holds 6th Edition of the Flag Officer Commanding Western Naval Command Boat Race in Lagos


In a bid to showcase the exceptional sailing skills of naval personnel from across the country, demonstrating teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship, the Nigerian Navy Sailing Club recently held the 6th edition of the Flag Officer Commanding Western Naval Command Boat Race in Navy Town, Ojo, Lagos

The race featured sailors navigating challenging courses with precision and finesse, leaving spectators in awe of their expertise. The event promoted unity and camaraderie among the participants, while also providing a thrilling experience for the audience.

Rear Admiral Mustapha Bala Hassan, the Flag Officer Commanding Western Naval Command, graced the occasion as the Special Guest of Honour. He pledged increased funding for the sailing club to enhance its infrastructure and activities.
