167 Special Forces Battalion Troops Charged to Be Courageous, Dedicated and Resilience

The Commander 4 Special Forces Command Nigerian Army, Major General Hillary Nzan has charged Troops of 167 Special Forces Battalion to be Dedicated,  resilience and Courageous in discharging their constitutional duties.

Major General Hillary Nzan said this when during his operational visit to the Battalion, at Muhammadu Buhari Cantonment, Giri Abuja.

Maj. General Hillary urged the troops to see themselves as one, irrespective of their tribes, regions or religions, noting that the Nigerian Army has bind them together.

The Commander, according to a press statement signed by Deputy DirectorArmy Public Relations, Major Joseph Adekunle Afolasade, equally advised the troops to desist from taking hard substance and not to involve themselves in any form of criminality.

Earlier in his remarks, the Commander was received and briefed on the activities of the Battalion by the Acting Commanding officer 167 Special Forces Battalion, Major Temipre Ezonfade.

During the briefing, Major Temipre highlighted some of the achievements the Battalion has recorded so far.

Highpoints of the visit was the briefing by the Commanding officer, tour of the Cantonment, displayed by the troops of the Battalion, signing of visitors book, presentation of souvenirs and a group photograph.
