The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Lucky Irabor has visited wounded troops recuperating at the Military Hospital at Maimalari Cantonment, Maiduguri, Borno State North Eastern of Nigeria.
The troops were wounded in action at various theatres of operations in the northeast while fighting terrorists.
While at the hospital, the Defence Chief interacted with the wounded soldiers and assured them of proper medical care and welfare, adding that their medical care is of utmost importance to him.
General Irabor also paid an operational visit to Joint Task Force (JTF), Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK), other formations, 1 Division of the Nigerian Army and Air Component Operation HADIN KAI.
