Brigadier General Brigadier General JTE (rtd) Chukwu is dead. He died in Abuja on January 5. 2023 at age of (yet to be disclosed).
Chukwu was former Director of Army Public Relations of the Nigerian Army in February 2018 when Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai (rtd) was the Chief of Army Staff.
He succeeded Brigadier General Sani Usman (rtd), who proceeded to the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in Plateau.
Until his appointment as DAPR, Chukwu was the Commandant, Nigerian Army School of Public Relations (NASPRI) in Lagos State
