Some towns in Ekiti State on Saturday yesterday experience the first rain in year 2023.
Some of the towns that witnessed the rain which lasted for about Twenty-Five minutes were Ado Ekiti, the State capital, Ido Ekiti, Ikogosi Ekiti, Ilawe Ekiti and Oye Ekiti.
Respondents said roving correspondent that there was no sign that it would rain in all the places that witnessed the first rain.
Mr Segun Aina, Kunle Olaiya from Ekiti State, prayed for adequate and timely rain this year to facilitate bountiful harvest.
