The Nigerian Army has cautioned the Nigerians especially applicants against any dealings with a website, www.nacest.com a fake website purportedly offering admission with NACEST. This fake website also claims to be receiving acceptance fee from applicants, saying, anyone who transacts any business with them does so at his or her risk.
Acting Assistant Director Army Public Relations. Capt N Okezie made this known in a statement signed on Tuesday and made available to SpyeTV News in Abuja.
Okezie stated that the Nigerian Army College of Environmental Science and Technology (NACEST), Makurdi, has no knowledge of this illegal portal(www.nacest.com) nor does the College have any link with the portal.
"For the avoidance of doubt, accurate information about all the programmes run by Nigerian Army College of Environmental Science and Technology can be obtained on the NACEST website: www.nacest.edu.ng.
"Importantly also, application forms into any programme of the College are obtained only through the application platform: www.nacest.edu.ng. All payments are equally made online through the application platform.
