The sit-at-home order declared by the Indigenous People of Biafra, on Tuesday, affected economic activities in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State capital and its environs.
Our correspondent observed that New Market Road, Ogoja Road, Water Works Road and a section of Old Govt House, Abakaliki, were almost empty as of Tuesday morning.
