The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has disclosed that God can put an end to the challenges confronting the nation when he intervenes in the affairs of the nation.

Adeboye, while preaching on the topic; 'Divine Involvement' on the occasion of the nation's 61st independence anniversary of Sunday, noted that the nation's challenges are not beyond God to stop.

Citing 1 Samuel 17, Adeboye noted that Goliath terrorized the people of Israel day and night until God got involved and brought a small boy, David, with ordinary stones and catapult and the terrorism ended.

"All the acts of terrorism, kidnapping and banditry in our nation will end," Adeboye declared.

Similarly, the renowned cleric also said God can put a sudden end to the global pandemic of Coronavirus and hardship the people are facing.

"When God is involved, all these will come to a sudden end," he said.

He prophesied that all is well with Nigeria and that the nation will have testimonies that the world will see soon.

He charged the people to worship and praise God whenever they find themselves confronted with situations they cannot fight alone.

"When you have a situation that you cannot handle alone, call on the Lord of hosts," Adeboye added.
