Newly Appointed COAS Pays Compliment to the Portrait of Late Attahiru, to Assume Office today in Abuja

Chief of Army Staff, Maj.-Gen Yahaya Farouk pays compliment to the portrait of his predecessor, Lt.- Gen Ibrahim Attahiru after signing the condolence register.

Meanwhile, the newly appointed Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Major General Faruk Yahaya will officially assume command today 28 May 2021 as the 22nd COAS. The ceremony which is expected to start by 10am will take place at the Army Headquarters, Abuja.
