The Nigeria Army Wednesday killed ten Boko Haram terrorists at Sassawa village, Yobe State.
The successful operation was carried out by troops of Operation Tura TAKAIBANGO.
This comes exactly one week after the Nigerian Military repelled a Boko Haram attack in Dikwa, Borno State.
Nigerian troops, February 24, reclaimed Marte town from Boko Haram insurgents, killing several jihadists and safely neutralizing a series of Improvised Explosive Devises (IEDs) hidden along the routes.
The Chief of Army Staff, Major General Ibrahim Attahiru, had ordered troops at the headquarters of Super Camp 9 Operation Lafiya Dole in Dikwa to reclaim Marte town from the insurgents unleashing mayhem on residents in the community.
