P-Square and Wizkid are no longer on Glo’s roster.
The telecommunication company is quietly clearing out its closet. In the last 24 hours, reports have had it that Wizkid, Wande Coal, Burna Boy and Sammie Okposo have been dropped as Globacom brand ambassadors.
Even singing duo, P-Square have been one of Glo’s longest serving ambassadors  having signed a huge N240m deal back in 2010 have been dropped too. One half of the group, Peter made it known via his Twitter account handle.

Even earlier in the year when there was animosity between the group that threatened to break it up, fans worried about the effect of such beef on things like brand endorsement, moreso when both Peter and Paul secured individual endorsements with other brands.

We confirmed to you in March that no such move was in play after which the company released a statement that they haven’t disengaged the P-Square contract.
But as it stands now, the company has decided to look for other talent to further carry their torch.
But that excludes singer, Timaya who confirmed he is now an ambassador of the telco on his Instagram around the same time Wizkid confirmed his exit last night.
