National President, Ibinabo Fiberesima being jailed is false.
I am reliably informed that she is still outside the country. She
just underwent a successful surgery in the UK. Meanwhile may
I inform you that the motion for stay of execution in the
jugment delivered by Justix Tsoho in the matter between one

Justice Olatore of the Federal High Court Ikoyi lagos
yesterday, 28/01/2016.
After hearing the final submissions from both counsels, she
adjourned the case till March 23, 2016 for final judgement.
Present in court yesterday were our lead counsel, Barr.
Amaechina, Chairman/Vice of the BOT, Nat Excos and over 25
members of the Lagos state chapter of AGN.
Our counsel made a brilliant presentation that there cannot be
a vacuum in the leadership of the organisation therefore the
motion be granted pending the determination of the appeal
court.
Ibinabo Fiberesima who could not fly down due to her health
condition had to break the bed rest rule placed on her to
monitor all the proceedings throughout.
We pray for victory on 23rd March and also wish her a speedy
recovery.
