The Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) yesterday has
said that it would not hesitate to sanction depot owners and
major marketers who engage in selling petrol and kerosene
above official price.
NAN reports that this is contained in a statement issued by
the agency after a meeting held on July 30 in Lagos with all
stakeholders in the downstream sector of the petroleum
industry. We pray they keep to their words. The pump price is
crazy out here.
