2015 Elections: February 8th may determine if Nigeria Elections Will hold

Amina Zachary, a commissioner for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has said the electoral body may delay the 14th February presidential elections if the number of voter ID cards distributed by 8th February is too low. Zachary told Newsmen on Wednesday during a news conference when asked whether or not the date could be changed.
She further added that no decision had been taken. However INEC has extended its deadline for voters to collect their cards to February 8 as only 44 million out of 68.8 million have been distributed so far, with just 10 days to go before the election.
