This is so tragic!
You may remember former American Idol contestantMichael Johns, who competed in 2008’s season 7. Well, sadly the singer has passed away at age 35.
According to American Blogger Perez Johns died from an apparent blood clot on Friday August 1st.
Johns released two albums, following his 8th place finish, and had recently tweeted that he was working on some more new stuff.
There are no more details at this time, though our sources tell us Johns struggled with drugs for years. One friend thinks this time the singer just mixed too many pain meds with alcohol.
Our hearts go out to everyone in Michael Johns’ life, especially his wife Stacey Vuduris, during this extremely difficult time!
