Following the outbreak of VIOLENCE in Ekiti State this morning by some disgruntled element, political thugs of a ruling party have killed a man at Ijigbo, Ado Ekiti.
They therefore, used an APC vest to cover the dead man to give impression that he was a member of APC.

The brutality of OUR policemen was displayed ONCE again this morning AT Ado-Ekiti, very close to roundabout Ijigbo when the APC stalwarts, which included the party's chairman High Chief Jide Awe, Sen. Femi Ojudu, MHR Oyetunde Ojo and other stakeholders were shot with tear gas canisters as allegedly ordered by the commander 33 PMF, named SP Micheal Seleke, an indegene of Bayelsa STATE, who had allegedly boasted on several that he was deployed to Ekiti to make sure the PDP candidate win the coming election by all means because he allegedly claimed to be GEJ's brother. Live ammunitions were also fired for almost thirty minutes which disorganized the peaceful rally.
It got to an embarrassing peak when the governor himself was assaulted by the SP. Micheal Seleke who blindly and barbarically directed his subordinates to arrest a seating governor! He even threw several teargas canisters to assault the governor and his entourage and above all fired several shots on the governor's bullet proof jeep. In the process the Governor's convoy commander ,DSP Femi Ojewumi was un-wisely arrested with one Insptr. Bala Yakubu and they were both disarmed of their arms while the Governor's aides were arrested. This post will be inconclusive if the satanic and provocative arrest of Hon. Niyi Afuye , the state's commissioner of Integration and inter governmental affairs is not included. He was beaten black blue and dragged on an asphalt road like a common criminal.
