According to Nollywood insiders, veteran actress Ngozi Nwosu collapsed in Ikogwe town yesterday during the burial ceremony of her colleague, Amaka Igwe.
The insiders disclosed that Ngozi immediately fainted when she sighted the corpse of the deceased in the coffin been moved to her grave.
Ngozi Nwosu’s colleagues quickly poured water on her to get her back to a conscious state.
We learnt the actress couldn’t hold the shock of seeing the body of the late Nollywood film producer.
The incident further elicited tears from mourners, family members and colleagues of the Nollywood icon, who were present at the burial on Friday.
As reported by some online news medium, Ngozi Nwosu was never rushed to the hospital.
She gained back her consciousness within 15 minutes of fainting.
