Doctor Chike Akunyili, the hubby of ailing Dora Akunyili has been by his wife’s side since the beginning of her strange illness.

I thank God that I was present when she made that very singular speech. It resonated in the corners of the Confab and instantly touched many hearts. The illness has not blunted her childlike frankness in our blessed 36 years of marriage. Tx+”
Many people blamed Dora Akunyili for quitting her position at NAFDAC for politics but God knows best.
Her strange illness started after losing to Chris Ngige in a senatorial election battle.
