Yes we know Frank Edoho of the host of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire in Nigeria...So when Ebuka Tweet about a particular question on the show, Frank took Ebuka's question personal. According to Frank, he describe Ebuka as as "smart Alec" and this may implies someone whose sarcastic, wisecracking, or humorous manner is delivered in an "offensive", "obnoxious", or cocky way. Like a Know-it-all.
