Allemand, 29, started dating NBA player Ryan Anderson, 25, in 2011. ‘She had such an amazing impact on my life and anyone that knew her was blessed,’ he said in a statement on Wednesday.
Those values — and musings of faith, poetry and philosophy — appeared to be a big part of Allemand's online presence shared with friends and fans.
In her final Twitter post Sunday, she quoted the Bible verse Proverbs 21:3: "Doing what is right and fair pleases The Lord more than an offering."
