Smooth Fm Programme Director Kirk Anthony Derrick is Dead

The Nigerian broadcasting community has been thrown into mourning with the sad and shocking demise of one of their own, Kirk Anthony Derrick, Programme Director of Smooth FM. Kirk reportedly collapsed last night after his shift. He has been confirmed DEAD. He will be sorely missed for his invaluable contributions to the radio station while he was there. Kirk was born in Jamaica and had already made a home and friends for himself before his untimely death. We mourn his loss. Will bring more details shortly.
