The movie is a must-watch for families as it will educate them on how members of a family should relate one to another when they travel out of the country. The high-budget movie is a comedy-drama movie which revolves around three main characters, Mercy Johnson, Mercy Anakwe and Ani Omotosho in their interactions with the outside world.
It centres on an African woman who thinks that she knows everything and she is married to an Nigerian based American man. They both travel to America and the lady begins to live different life-style that is different from what she is known when she was in Nigeria.
She gives her husband much pain and anguish that the husband decides to leave the house for her after he can no longer tolerate her behaviors anymore. Before her husband left the house, she threatens him with the Police by dialing the emergency number. She later becomes pregnant and uses the symptoms associated with pregnancy to behave irrationally to her husband.
Her husband leaves the house and she stays alone and regrets her evil deeds. . The movie educates people that they should not think that they know everything because once their leave their location (country) and goes to another country that they need to learn about the new environment, listen to people. So that they can adapt to the new environment where they have found themselves.
If the lady had listened to her mother and people around her, she wouldn’t have gotten to the state where she found herself later (she regrets her past deeds but it was too late to make amends). Nigerians should look at out for the comic relief in it. Sometimes, the lady goes to an American shop and purchases some items and pays in Nigerian currency saying that money is money and it can be spent anywhere irrespective of the place and location. It is a must watch for every family.
