Femi Branch has decided to shock his fans by delving into music. He is giving singing a trial. Many Nollywood stars have
walked this path and only a few have succeeded.
He was off the screen for about 8months since last year December but now, he's back in another dimension after sustaining a bad injury on a movie set in Ikorodu, Lagos.
Femi made this known on a radio show- Naija Artiste Live on Orange 94.5 Fm hosted by Olayemi Esan, He says he got injured by jumping on a drainage steel that cut his leg and was hospitalized.
The injury got so bad that the actor had to be treated by an Hausa Herbal Specialist.
The actor is back to acting though but it was a total surprise when he announced his new project to fans.
When asked if he is on a special project now, he said,"yes,i am working on a project and It's a beauty pageant to promote the cultural values of the country".
He also disclosed that, he will be releasing a new single.
Another side attraction during the chit chat show was when he apologized for his failure to feature on the show as earlier scheduled which caused a kind of embarrassment for the Host.
Meanwhile, AY -LOVE, an Ondo born comedian also featured on the show and he described gospel comedy as a special talent.
According to Ay love, he started from the Church. He made example of some great comedians like Jedi, Princess and others that started from the church and they are regarded as gospel comedians.
His acronym is 'MY MOUTH IS MY ATM' .
He said he has received support from his parents even though it wasn't easy at first having his father as one of The Redeemed Christian Church of God pastors.
He's one of the best comedians that Ondo state has ever produced.
