The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Rtd), CON, OFR, on Monday received Mr. B.G. Krishnan, Consul at the Consulate General of India in Dubai, during a courtesy visit to the Agency’s National Headquarters in Abuja.
The visit provided an opportunity for both sides to discuss issues of mutual interest and reinforce existing ties between the NDLEA and Indian authorities in the fight against illicit drug trafficking and other transnational organised crimes.
The meeting underscored the importance of international collaboration, intelligence sharing, and strategic partnerships in addressing the evolving challenges posed by global drug trafficking networks.
The NDLEA said it remains committed to strengthening cooperation with foreign missions and international partners to enhance Nigeria’s capacity to combat drug-related crimes and promote regional and global security.
