Renowned American gospel worship leader, singer, and songwriter Ron Kenoly has died at the age of 81.
His passing was announced on Tuesday, February 3, via a statement shared on his official Instagram page by his longtime music director, Bruno Miranda. No cause of death was disclosed
According to Miranda, Kenoly died earlier in the day. He reflected on more than two decades of working closely with the worship leader in ministry across several countries, describing the experience as deeply formative and spiritually enriching.
Miranda noted that Kenoly consistently resisted being described as an entertainer, insisting that his calling was to lead people into worship rather than perform music.
