The military troops of Operation DELTA SANITY on Sunday 13 April 2025, Nigerian Navy Ship DELTA discovered and deactivated an illegal refinery site with 6 dugout pits laden with stolen Crude Oil and numerous sacks of illegally refined AGO in Oteghele community, Obodo Omadino, Warri South LGA, Delta State.

In addition, Operation DELTA SANITY: On Friday 11 April 2024, Forward Operating Base FORMOSO discovered and deactivated an illegal refinery site with drums and gallons laden with unspecified amount of Stolen Crude Oil around Gbaraun Market, Ekeremor LGA, Bayelsa State.
