CP Peter Opara Becomes FCT Commissioner of Police

 

Telegram CEO - Pavel Durov, $DOGS and $TON founder has been arrested in France. 

He revealed that the FBI tried to secretly hire a Telegram engineer to install a backdoor, enabling U.S. intelligence agencies to spy on users.
