Assistant Military Attaché, in US, Major Hassan Bogocho Receives Award for Exceptionally Meritorious Service

A Former Nigerian Junior Attaché and Assistant Military Attaché, Nigerian Army, Embassy of Nigeria in the United States, MAJOR HASSAN BOGOCHO has been awarded for his professionalism and contribution to bilateral relations between the two countries.

Major Bogocho received the award for Exceptionally Meritorious Service while assigned as the Assistant Military Attaché, Nigerian Army, Embassy of Nigeria between 03 OCTOBER 2018 TO 10 NOVEMBER 2021

He was instrumental in increasing military-to-military cooperation between the Armed Forces of the United States and Nigeria. 

Major Bogocho displayed outstanding professional competence, sound judgment and diplomacy, furthering robust cooperation between the United States Army and the Nigerian Army. 

The superior effort, outstanding leadership and personal initiative displayed by Major Bogocho reflect great credit upon himself, the Nigerian Army, and his country.
