The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Netherlands, His Excellency, Wouter Plomp today, Thursday 18 January 2024 paid a courtesy visit to the Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla at the Naval Headquarters, Abuja.
