MNJTF Partners CCL, COGINTA NGO To Train Personnel, Inducts New MSOs in Ndjamena Chad

The Headquarters Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) has concluded three trainings sessions of J2 Cell Personnel, and induction of new MSOs.

The first training concluded was induction of new MSOs from 7 to 9 June 2023 at its Headquarters in Ndjamena Chad.

According to Chief Military Public Information Officer, Ndjemena, Chad, Lt Colonel Abubakar Abdullahi in a press statement, these are two trainings that took place at the Headquarters and another at Douguia Nautical center. 

Lt Col Abdullahi noted that the MNJTF in partnership with the Centre for Coordination and Liaison (CCL), organized an intelligence training at HQ MNJTF for the benefit of the J2 cell personnel. The training was concluded today, 9th June 2023 in the presence of the CCL Chief and the Chief J2 MNJTF.

In another related event in Douguia, there was the closing ceremony for training on nautical crew which was conducted from 22 May – 9 June 2023 at the Douguia Nautical Center.

The training was organized by the MNJTF in conjunction with the COGINTA NGO. Twenty-two (22) MNJTF Sector 4 personnel benefited from the training.

The FC MNJTF was represented at the event by the Chief J5 Col Malam Raba Tidjani. 

Speaking during the event, the Chief J5 MNJTF stated that the training will improve the amphibious capacities of the troops for the final defeat of the Boko Haram terrorists in the Lake Chad Basin region. 

He further enjoined the trainees to put into practice the knowledge acquired and share the know-how with their colleagues on field.
