The Emir of Dutse Alhaji Muhammad Hamim Nuhu Sanusi has Pledges his support to the Nigerian Army to succeed the fight against terrorism and criminalities.
The Emir made the pledge recently at his palace when the Pioneer Commander 26 Amoured Brigade Nigerian Army, Brigadier General Haruna Muhammad Abubakar paid a courtesy visit as part of his familiarization tour of his area of responsibility.
He also applauded the establishment of 26 Armoured Brigade in Dutse and expressed his delight for having a major Army formation in his Emirate.
The leadership of Nigerian Army for establishing the Brigade in Dutse stating that hosting such formation will bring alot of benefit to his people.
In his remarks, the Commander 26 Amoured Brigade Nigerian Army, Brigadier General Haruna Muhammad Abubakar expressed profound gratitude to the Emir and members of his council for the warm reception accorded him and his entourage.
Adding that 26 Brigade is among the newly established Brigade in Nigerian Army to curtail the influx of criminal elements into the country. He added that his visit is to enhance synergy with the traditional institution in the state.
Brigadier General Abubakar assured that the Brigade will operate professionally in line with constitutional provisions and the Army code of conducts.
