The newly appointed Commander 4 Brigade Nigerian Army, Brigadier General Danlami Ndahi, has charged officers and soldiers to redouble their efforts in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities for optimum and satisfactory results.
Brig Gen Ndahi said this when he assumed command as the 42nd Commander 4 Brigade.
Speaking during the handing and taking over ceremony held at 4 Brigade Conference Room on 8 August 2022, Brig Gen Ndahi commended the outgoing Commander Brig Gen Sani Ango Abdullahi for his sterling leadership and commitment during his tour of duty.
Gen Abdullahi appreciated the officers for their supportive roles in all the Brigade's activities and urged them not to relent on their hardworking.
Earlier in his farewell address, the the outgoing Commander Brig Gen Sani Abdullahi thanked the almighty Allah and the Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen Faruk Yahaya for the privilege to serve the Nigerian Army as the 41th Commander 4 Brigade.
He applauded the unique leadership style of the COAS and his untiring support for 4 Brigade. He also used the opportunity to thank soldiers of the Brigade for their support during his tour of duty while urging them to accord same to the new Commander 4 Brigade so as to bring Robbery, kidnapping, oil Bunkering and other forms of criminality to a lasting end.
