Group Lauds Police Force For Checkmating Criminal Elements, Getting-Rich-Fast Syndrome Among Youths

The Fonu Edutainment Limited has lauded the security agencies, particularly the Nigeria Police Force as the civil agency for its efforts in checkmating the activities of criminal elements, especially some Nigerian youths involving in getting-rich-fast through Internet frauds in the country.

The team leader, Mr Ovrawha Duke gave this commendation when he paid a courtesy call on Force Public Relations Officer, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi on Friday at the Force Headquarters, Abuja. 

Ovrawha Duke thanked the police force for tackling insecurity in the country especially the syndrome of money making which is making youths to be lazy, warning that if this ugly trend is not tackled urgently, the society would be doomed.

While presenting a recognition award to the Force Public Relations Officer, the Fonu Edutainment Limited team leader pointed out that all shades of crimes, including armed robberies, kidnapping, internet frauds, cultism, among others, which used to have a field day among Nigeria youths have met their waterloo courtesy of the Nigeria Police officers doggedness across the country.

He also hailed the Force for recent dismissal of some errant officers for gross misconduct, disobedience to lawful order, and assault on Nigerians.

The group had in 2021 organised several Sensitization media workshop against the get rich quick syndrome among Nigerian youths and students campaign.
