The Military have deployed troops of Operation Hadin Kai to restore sanity after Boko Haram terrorists, fired three mortars in the border town of Banki in Bama Local Government Area, which injured at least 11 Internally Displaced Persons(IDPs), mostly women and children.

It was gathered that the mortars were rocketed at innocent civilians in a Displaced Persons camp from the outskirt of Banki town.

A Security Intelligence, told Zagazola Makama, a Counter Insurgency Expert and Security Analyst in the Lake Chad that another bomb was also fired close to the military formation in the town but did not caused any harm after it's exploded.

The loud explosions sent many residents in the camp scampering for safety.
