Bomb blasts have been reported in four different communities in Maiduguri, Borno State Capital in early hour of Saturday.
According to our source, the explosion destroyed buildings and injured a small boy in the process.
The source also said the first two explosions started at Gomari airport and the third one landing in a building at one thousand housing estate near Hajj Transit Camp where the repentant Boko Haram insurgents are being housed.
“I saw the first explosion when it landed, and I was scared, I had to hide to save my life. The whole building became dark when the explosion landed on a building.
"Ahmed Ibrahim, a resident told SpyeNews that, the fourth one landed very close to the Air Force Base.
“For now, I am not sure if the explosion kill anyone but a young boy of was injured and he has been referred to the hospital to treatment
Another resident who spoke in Hausa Language, Zainab Mohammed said, “We suspect the Boko Haram terrorists launched the Explosive and we assume the target is the Hajj Transit Camp where their former colleagues are being kept in the camp.
