Nigerians and Indians are yet get over the first International Festival in Nigeria. Festival of India Lagos was proudly sponsored by Gaurapad Charities, Mr Bolaji Rosiji, the Son of the Former Minister in the First Republic Ayo Rosiji.
All over the world people celebrate the Festival of India and we are excited that the festival took place in Nigeria. Through this celebration, we shared the beautiful culture and traditions of India.
The festival began with a vibrant parade in which three giant chariots were hand-pulled by participants amidst singing, drumming, and dancing. Judges evaluated the best dancers, costumes and cultural displays.
The Parade started from First Church in Nigeria CMS to the Tafawa Balewa Square where we were greeted by an Expo and a Grand Concert.
